Module 04 - Safe Boat Operation
EXITING YOUR SUP BOARD
To exit your SUP board, repeat the boarding process in reverse. Remember that maintaining your stability is key—don’t shift too far forward or too far back when trying to get off. Try placing one foot at a time into the water, or moving into a seated position and performing the classic ‘bum-slide’ off the board and into the water. Whatever works best for you!
